Commitment to Objectivity, Independence, and Neutrality 

The management of EnvService GmbH hereby commits to maintaining objectivity, independence, and neutrality in the execution of verification activities. 

During the conduct of verification activities, the requirements of ISO 14064 and ISO 14065 for greenhouse gas verification bodies, as well as the requirements from applicable EU or UK regulations are strictly adhered to. The management declares that it does not perform verification activities for any company that has received greenhouse gas consulting services or assistance from EnvService GmbH or its employees in the past. 

The management, employees, and external experts are committed to impartiality, objectivity, and confidentiality in carrying out their activities. They maintain an unbiased relationship with the contracting company. 

Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest 

Potential conflicts of interest are avoided. Risks to impartiality in the performance of verification activities are analysed and mitigated. The confidentiality, objectivity, and impartiality of verification activities and decisions are not compromised by affiliated entities or collaboration with other organizations, individuals, or parties. 

Handling Appeals and Complaints 

Appeals and complaints against the decisions of the certification body may be submitted by clients or third parties. Every such submission will be thoroughly investigated.

In daily operations, misunderstandings and differing assessments of procedures and decisions may occasionally arise.
